I come from a real estate family. My parents, Jim and Ivanette Free operate Jim Free Realty in Panama City Beach, and have been consistently ranked in the top five according to sales volume for the last 10 years. My sister and both nieces are all licensed in multiple states and have successful real estate careers. In 2013, my wife, Julie joined me in the business and specializes in residential real estate. Julie also works out of the Keller Williams office in Rome, GA.

In 1990, I graduated from Darlington High School in Rome, GA. In that same year, I was the youngest person to become a licensed Georgia Real Estate Agent. Since graduating from the University of Georgia Business School with a Corporate Real Estate Degree, I have earned my broker’s license in Georgia, Alabama, Florida, North Carolina, and Tennessee. As a Certified Real Estate Instructor, I also enjoy teaching and training others to have successful careers in real estate.

I have been awarded designation from the Graduate Realtor Institute, and earned the Accredited Buyer Representative designation. I have served as the Chairperson for the Professional Standards Committee and Chairperson of the Realtors Political Action Committee. I served as the 2012 & 2013 President of the Greater Rome Board of Realtors. I am also a past recipient of the “REALTOR of the Year” awarded by the Greater Rome Board of REALTORS.
